  • Me too ;-) Especially since at the bottom of this thread (for me anyway) was an ad for PA's Top Alcohol Rehab :-/ I had a great holiday now back to reality.

  • I am happy to say that I fell asleep last night before, I had to rescue that wine from a bottle, lol My plan was to stay AF free until night; so, now that my goal has been met, bottoms up ladies!
  • Well, I was doing pretty good staying AF during the week. I thought I could at least make it til Wednesday this week. I got home from the gym, SO (who is on vaca all this week), popped the top on a beer and the rest as they say is history. I am now going to rescue some wine from inside a bottle >:)
  • Cheers! I'm enjoying a vodka & diet pepsi tonight and it tastes SO good. I stayed AF Mon-Thurs and I hit my goal weight this week. I'm celebrating :-)

  • It took me an extra week of hard work, but I did it! I came back at it this week with a vengeance and had a 3.4 lb. weight loss. I've met my goal and it feels (and looks good). This victory is not just mine, but also for all ya'll who came along for the ride. Thank you!
