Hi, I'm Sharon. I started running back in 2001 to maintain a significant weight loss. My weight has fluctuated over the years, but thanks to MFP and some awesome Fitbit friends, I am back to my goal weight and I'm excited to add some new runs to my calendar for 2016.

I did too. It was a rough couple of weeks. No more excuses! As of today, I am officially back on it!

I'm having a bad day which is a rarity for me; just not a good day :-( It's only noon and I know without a doubt, my first stop on my way home from work will be the liquor store. No, alcohol may not fix the day, but it'll sure make me feel better (even if it's only for a little while).

I gave in to Thirsty Thursday. I think the stress of the impending holiday is getting to me. So much to do, so little time :# Calmed my anxiety with a glass of wine.

I was AF last night & planning on doing the same tonight. I overdid it over the wkend; so, my plan is to lay low for a few days so I can do it all over again this wkend :-)

I've been AF, M-W. Just realized there is not a drop of alcohol in this house; so, I guess I'll be maintaining my streak until tomorrow and then, it's on >:)
