I'm so keen! I just worry that I have left it too late. I am 46 and almost went for it last year. I have been advised that I should lose the weight first though. I have about 25 lbs to lose.

Please add me!!! I originally started ages ago but am back on again. Weight currently about 160, GW is 130. Have been dieting all my life, to be honest, but am currently the heaviest I have been for a while. Had great accountability buddy on here for a while but she left and I am sliding downhill!

OK, I'm in. I'm going for 15,000 steps a day. Which is a lot. But I have to walk to work and back, and that's 10,000 and clearly I need to do more, because I am not getting any thinner! Onwards and upwards (or downwards would be better).

Hi! I'm from Bucks and currently too frightened to weigh myself. Age 46 and probably have around 2 stone to lose too. Love to have some support and motivation. You sound like you have been amazingly successful. Well done you! You can certainly do the last 2 stone.
