  • Take your caloric intake up to 2000 for a week while mixing up your macro amounts(proteins, carbs, fats). In other words- high protein one day, high complex carbs the next, etc...and make sure are active daily or exercising. You have plateaued and need to surprise your body/metabolism. Trust me- try it.
  • Make dinners full of lean proteins and lots of veggies or various colors- that way, if you binge eat, it's low cal veggies, etc...and you can munch away. Immediately after dinner, go for a walk. Keep busy. As long as possible. Drink a large glass of water. If you still need to "binge", have low cal, healthy foods again-…
