It's not as important as to what kind of cardio you do as it is important how high your heart rate it. Get a heart rate monitor from Amazon and track your workouts that way.

Everyone on here is losing 100+ pounds. I just want to lose 12 lbs and seriously can not do it. I've been on and off diets for the last two years. I'm giving up so easily. I know I have will power but can't seem to find it anymore! Any tips on staying on track?!
