My philosophy is the more days you stay on plan, by eating only keto approved foods the easier it will be to stay on the plan as time goes on. If you flirt with a sugar something something or high carb dealio, the more cravings pop up and it becomes increasing harder to stay on plan. It becomes a slippery slope in my case.…

pessxx. When I get to feeling that way, it was a sure sign I needed to drink my salted water or pickle juice. It's amazing what this little pick me up drink does for the cravings, energy and mood. You'll get through this !

I would add, when anyone gains weight back after " dieting " no matter what the diet, it's usually bc they went right back to how they were eating that got them needing to " diet " in the first place. You do not have to be in ketosis to lose weight, and yes ivieland, you will lose the puffiness , bloat etc...and may see results similar all over your body, as well as on the scale, or not. Everyone is different.

. Yes! I found my stomach shrinking quite a bit at first, but everyone is different in that respect. In my case, I was carrying way too much bloat throughout my stomach, but after that initial weight loss, and excess water store gone, my inch loss was more in line to an inch or two a month around my middle.

Welcome! And congratulations on being a cancer survivor !!! I've done the wings both ways. Fried in good ole fashioned lard. You can do an egg dip and seasoned almond/ coconut flour coating, or add seasoning (garlic, onion powder, Parmesan are my favs) or hot sauce to melted butter , and give them a bath after cooking .
