Hey! I’m starting today. Happy to be an accountability partner. I’ve done Jillian’s 30 Day Shred before with great success, but have since gained back the weight.

I was a 36G at the start of my weight loss journey and -70lbs+, I'm on the small side of a 34FF, so 2 cup sizes and 1 band size down. I just finished it and lost 10lbs and 10.25" overall. I certainly don't look like a whole new person or anything, but I can definitely see and feel a difference. I'm starting Ripped in 30 on Monday and hoping to see even more results.

Yesterday I finished Level 1 and have lost 3lbs. Not as much as I was hoping, but I've made great strides in my level of fitness. Starting Level 2 today!

I'm about to do day 4. Day 2 was really hard for me, I was so sore. Felt like I'd pulled something in my arm?Took a day off the next day, then did day 3 yesterday and felt way better. Getting ready for day 2 this afternoon. My arms are sore! @Krissi1330, those arm raises are what did me in too. Did my official weight and measurements this morning: Weight 196lbs Chest 43" Waist 34" Hips 45" Larm 13" Ra 13" Lthigh 27.5" Rt 27" Lcalf 17" Rc 17" I hope to see those numbers change in 29 days!

Also, just to add, don't restrict your calories too much! Although there were days I ate only 1600 calories, I generally tried to stay around 1800. You need your energy to breastfeed, especially if you aren't getting much sleep with a new baby. Go easy on yourself, it takes time to lose the baby weight. Be kind to yourself…

Love looking through this thread for inspiration! I've lost 50lbs since April 2015 but fell off track in November. Haven't regained but I want to lose another 30-45lbs. You ladies are all getting me motivated again!
