  • So then, if I am eating 1200 and burn between 300 to 400 a day through exercise, I should be able to lose more. If I go a bit over the 1200 calories, it will still be okay. Is there a difference between a calorie burned doing CF or doing cardio?
  • Can someone explain calorie deficit a bit more. I am trying, and am mostly successful in staying at 1200 calories per day. Does that mean I need to burn more than 1200 a day to lose?
