Thank you. It's amazing how low calories stay when you don't eat carbs. Today, MFP told me I wasn't eating enough calories! Really?!

Had a good day with calories. Biggest craving is the wine ( I gave in ). Did 40 min. on the treadmill. Anyone else use a fit bit?

Thanks for all the advice on what to get to carry my phone when I run. I had to run 1 mile for crossfit this morning and shocked myself when I ran it in just over 9 minutes! Wish every mile went that fast.

I just started using a Fitbit last week and love it. I have it sync with MFP and Map My Run. The confusing part for me is that the treadmill tells me one number for calories burned when I run, but Map My Run gives me a completely different number. Not sure why.

Thanks, KellyAnn. I started using a Fitbit, which tells me how many calories I have burned, so that will help too. I appreciate the help.
