I meant like boobonic. Anyway, forgot safe word.

It's actually called breast cancer.

Chronic wasting disease. Beware the forrest, watch out for the prions!

I'll take it. Haha, that reminds me of another Monty Python skit where a guy chooses to die by getting chased over a cliff by naked women. Even at 100 you'll burn out, not rust. Which, I've heard, is better.
-
100? Time.

After short relationship with NFL player.

Joe Senior, "I brought you into this world and I can take you out!"
-
Hahaha, Nice. I was holding that one in reserve but you beat me to it. You get to live, for now.

I forgot stimulants. I think they can help you push your workout harder in the gym. Whether it's an overpriced preworkout, or a caffeine tablet, or yohimbine, or whatever. It's certainly not necessary though as some obsessive preworkout users seem to think.

It's Monty Python. 63,274 posts blows my mind. So that means you killed me. So the chair for you.
-
No, that's not too much, or going to hurt you. I don't know how much it will help. I recommend a multivitamin, fish oil or some other source of EFAs, and vitamin c. If you have some extra money, BCAAs, glutamine, and creatine. I consider protein powder convenient food, not really a supplement. Beyond those, save your…

I thought it said MFer at first. haha. Wafer thin mint.

Sounds pretty good. Keep working hard. Quality liquid calories can be easy to get down when you don't feel hungry. Things like milk, or protein powder in juice. If you like peanut butter, peanut butter sandwiches and glasses of milk are good old school choices. Try and eat something substantial before you go to bed.

No need for calf and ab day. Otherwise a split is fine. Most do something like a day each for back, chest, legs, shoulders. Training a bodypart once a week is enough. You can do calves and abs whenever. Arms with shoulders, or bis with back, tris with chest, or don't work arms directly at all. For you, isolation exercises…

If it's working and you're making progress and you like it, then it's good. Doing deadlifts at the end isn't that bad because you can put everything you have left into them and not worry about saving anything for other exercises after. You can kill it and then collapse. Then get up after awhile and go home, haha. I like…

That's weird. It said goal and there was a picture, then I quoted it and now its jacked. Did you change the code? It says you can use bbcode.
-
Yep, goals. Haha.

That's fine. You don't need to read a book go gef back into lifting. Work really hard at that routine, be consistent and don't fxck off workouts, and wrote down what you lift so you can look back next time and try to get more reps or add more weight. Don't bother doing squats with dumbbells or a smith machine. Same with…

Did you drop the b vitamin? From there you can lower fat a little and eat a little more protein if a low carb diet is what is comfortable for you to get the weight loss going. Eventually you will either get used to it or lose some weight and start eating more balanced and the spots will go away one way or the other. Just…

In your situation, dedication and effort are more important than equipment. You should be able to find a park/playground with a bar for pullups and parallel bars for dips, or get a cheap used power tower for at home. I think pullups are one of the best back exercises and dips one of the best chest and triceps exercises.…

You sound like you are doing a lot of activity at work. If you want to walk/run go for it, but don't worry if it's hard to get in a routine. Focus on eating a calorie deficit, very consistently. You don't have to exercise to lose weight, it just helps. Good luck.
-
Keep looking. I have gotten a lot of free or cheap stuff. Good stuff. Make an offer, ask about things. A lot of people have more exercise equipment they would readily part with for not much money, that they just didn't bother to advertise. You just have to be diligent. If you know someone who welds or can build stuff, you…

This pretty much. They have different genetics and faster metabolisms. It took all that junk for them to get fat, take it all away and they lose weight.

There's some good variation here. Western Colorado, up in the altitude.
-
Yeah, it's probably from the change in diet. I can't think of why the B vitamins would do that. I wouldn't stop the multivitamin, but you could stop taking the Bs. You aren't going to get any kind of deficiency for awhile. Your body is probably adjusting to the diet still and it may get better, who knows. Why low carb?…

What kind of spots?

Walking into a stranger's house while sober. Me either. I don't smoke pot either, but I do live in Colorado, so about that sign....haha

Minor in possession of alcohol.

I bet you don't "get it". Haha. I found that cartoon to be humorous.
