You gotta try Bernsteins Light Cheese Fantastico. Its my favorite! I actually want to have a salad just because of this dressing.
-
Yes i think that is right.

Protein is muscle gaining's best friend. Anything high in nutrients would also be good.
-
1. It is a goal and i love the feeling of achieving goals. 2. Well medication got me before making me gain over 50lbs, but like others stated : myself!
-
I would not worry about looking silly because the gym is not a place to be looking pretty  If using the gloves work then i would use them.
-
Haha think of all the great tasting protein tho!

You can make jerky in the oven. Its pretty easy and kinda fun. Google will be your friend on how.
-
I like the jerky as a protein source rather for a snack. After a tough workout i eat like 4oz of it and get like 40g of protein its been working. here is the recipe i started with. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=s0BGTmLf3ho

Im just about to make my 6th batch. I've been making terriyaki and spicy terriyaki. Its quite easy, just takes a little time. To get less fat you can cut off the visible fat you see but you cant get it all. From my experience you get about 1/2 of the orriginal starting amount. So for example my new batch is about 6lbs of…

Im not super experienced but ive been through the ringer. The biggest thing in the beginning i learned is trial and error, meaning after the first hike you will have learned a few things you did good and a few things you should have done. Some examples are bringing enough water, types of foods and snacks to eat, a knife to…

I just started my third month of taking it. First month i lost about 12lbs which was awesome. Second month however my body got used to it and i only lost like 6lbs, which is good but not nearly as good as the first month. I read online that the body can get used to phentermine really fast but adding 5-htp (vitamin isle)…

no need for arguing guys lol i was just curious at the HR others get while doing there light workout as well as when they work out hard and get winded/sweaty.
-
Good info. Now what would a recreational lifter look like in body fat% wise compared to a heavy lifter/endurance trainer?
-
Ha funny i just imagined gladiators taking creatine before there fight and have a protein shake ready for when they win.
-
Nice stuff guys so our average heart rates while working out are not too far apart.
-
My resting HR is 80 but i am 50lbs overweight
-
umm there are some candy that last a long time such as jolly ranchers or one of my favorite which is zotz. I also eat sunflower seeds when i get in the sweet tooth mode.

I recently suffered from a sprained achilles and it wasn't fun. I got mine because i over used it while reffing basketball and doing other workouts during the same day. It was painful, uncomfortable, kept me up at night and throbbed randomly. If this sounds like what you are going through then you need to avoid the…

to get rid of the squish you neeed to lower your body fat percentage, which is done by what others have said.
-
dont think ive seen this mentioned but there is always sleeping pills that will take care of that problem
-
My sugar tooth craves sour candy, which you cannot eat a lot at a time or your mouth will become raw :open_mouth: so on that note I am lucky! I would say try sour candy, as some one mentioned gum, I like low sodium sunflower seeds because i can eat them for hours straight and consume like 100-150 calories and 400 sodium.
