Is there such a thing as working out too much??
Is there a point where one works out too much that it hinders weight loss? Like last week i worked out for a total of 6 days clocking about 17 hours of exercise and over 9,000 calories burned (give of take but thats about right). Question about splitting cardio up
Now i get pretty damn sweaty when i do my hour long cardio sessions on the treadmill. So sweaty that i do not want to do anything else after. My question is, if i do 30 mins on the treadmill and then stop and lift some weights then go back and do another 30 min session is that the same as if i would do the hour non stop?

How long to wait before lifting weights with jammed fingers?
I got a jammed finger on both hands. I was still lifting weights with them jammed for a while but noticed they were not healing so I have stopped lifting for about a week now and they feel better. But how long should i give them to fully heal before i start lifting again?

What is your average heart rate while exercising?
My easy cardio sessions i peak at around 165-170 and average around 155 for a 45 min session. My intense cardio sessions i peak 192ish and average 182 for a 35 min session. What do you guys get?

Does protein from different sources act the same way?
I know protein shake mix/ protein bars are good for muscle recovery, but does protein from other sources act the same way? For some examples: chicken, greek yogart, eggs, milk, beef jerky and peanut butter all have a high amount of protein.
