Doesn't matter the style or specific types of crunches, modified or unmodified, machines or no machines and with or without weights as long as its a crunch and works out your abdominal area then it counts!

Post a brief sentence or couple of the type of crunches you are doing so others can get ideas and motivation. If you do the same daily then just say repeat when you post your numbers.

    I am using an ab mat that allows me to do full sit ups. I do regular, then to the left, then to the right, followed by modified Russian twists (using the mat) and after that i do leg lifts, leg extensions and to end it i do bicycle motion laying on my back as well as reversed bike motions.
