Question about splitting cardio up

Now i get pretty damn sweaty when i do my hour long cardio sessions on the treadmill. So sweaty that i do not want to do anything else after. My question is, if i do 30 mins on the treadmill and then stop and lift some weights then go back and do another 30 min session is that the same as if i would do the hour non stop?

    In terms of calorie burn, it doesn't matter. In terms of endurance, it could.
