I personally do not believe that one can effectively lose weight with out both eating in a deficit and exercising. One with out the other leaves more room for error. Ill join. Ive been dieting with salads for months on end now and lost tons of weight doing it. Not sure ill be eating one a day but i do have one for dinner like 4-5 times a week. PS I had a salad for dinner last night :open_mouth:

Well there's no correct answer but i would assume that lowering the weight and doing higher reps could do the job.

I like pickles and sunflower seeds. Low sugar jello/chocolate pudding is a nice snack. Frozen blueberries are good and dark cherries are sweet. You just got to test some things and find what works best for you.
