I just joined the eating disorder support group. I am someone who had an active eating disorder when I was about 11 years old. I am lucky that it was brief but I still have a lot of issues revolving around food. I hope you come to peace with your body.

I am dealing with gender dsyphoria. I am trying to not compare myself to other people. Today was more difficult than usual because I had to get some new clothes.

@Lottiotta I'm trying to do my best with overcoming things that trigger me. I had recently completed training for becoming a doula. I had to see videos of women giving birth vaginally. I was horrified at first (I kept it together externally) but I am now somewhat desensitized. I generally don't think negatively of someone…

Ooh! Those photos are magical. Hmm... I think I will see where the local aerial yoga studio is around here. B)

Thank you Gretchen. Best of luck to you too.

Trans and bicurious. I know I am attracted to men (especially androgynous/hyper feminine men) but I'm not sure about women. From time to time, I fantasize about being with a woman romantically and sexually. In real life, I'm not completely confident, in general, that women would connect with me romantically and I am more…

I sent a friend request.

@moyer566 I can walk and do some stationary biking but running is a no no for me. It releases too much adrenaline and can easily cause a bad flare up. Aerial yoga does sounds appealing to me since I have an interest in the circus arts. I wasn't sure if I could do aerial yoga or aerial circus acts in general because I was…

I'm transgender and I would like to be a part of your MFP support system.

I am still in the process of exploring but I am bicurious. I wish there were more open bisexual men in general because I would definitely be interested in being with a bi man if we were compatible. Hopefully as the world changes to becoming more tolerant, it won't be an issue to disclose if One is part of the LGBTQ+.

I am transgender. I do identity with genderfluid. I identity with both female and male but also the non binary. Ideally, I would do best mostly as a androgynous or feminine male but there are a few times, I am ok with being identified as female.

I never saw Forks Over Knives but it is definitely on my list because many people make references to it.

Guacamole? I'm from California (home of the vegan double salted caramel avocado cupcake), so it's not too unusual for me to spread some on my sandwich but maybe it might not appeal to others.

Thank you all for your responses and support. @Lottiotta I don't know how long ago you had your surgery but would it be ok if I congratulated you on getting it? :) Regarding the hysterectomy, I have heard from transmen, who had the procedure, on how much of a relief it was. For some transmen, the thought of being able to…

I'm a vegetarian who is hoping to become vegan by the end of next year.

I'm not vegan but I'm transitioning to become one. My plans are to be vegan by the end of next year. Right now, I am a vegetarian. I would be vegan sooner but my disabilities make it difficult for me to cook. A vegan grocery store opened up a few cities over and all of their proceeds go to an animal sanctuary. I try to…

Oh, I forgot to mention, swimming is really awesome on my joints.

Hello, I have had fibromyalgia for 24 years. I was devastated when my muscle tone and fit body slowly began to disappear. I am working to lose 50 lbs and bringing back the body I used to have and still deserve. Best of luck to you and wishing you more good days. :)

It is helpful for temporary pain relief. My shoulders especially get stiff and inflamed. One the knots are worked out, I can move them again. I also get emotional release and relaxation from it as well. I am lucky that one of my close friends is a massage therapist who is happy to help me out free of charge.

I squealed when I first watched this. :D

I had an issue with my throat for a while. I constantly had to swallow because for some reason it felt like there was a huge lump in my throat that wouldn't feel relieved unless I did that. Mysteriously, it disappeared one day and I never had the issue since.

I am a vegetarian slowly transitioning to a vegan diet. I started MyFitnessPal yesterday so I am also a newbie. You have my support. Good luck with your journey. :)
