You need to log + weight (food scale) most to all of what you eat. You may believe you’re consuming the same meals, but your portion sizes could be increasing, “portion creep”.

I also recommend Beachbody on Demand (T25, Insanity, Workouts from 21 Day Fix). In addition, Daily Burn is great; they have programs and live classes ( can also be accessed later). Both programs have trial periods. My subscriptions are through “apple” but there are other subscription methods.

I subscribe to BB on demand also (trial period before subscription). I'm doing T25 (Shaun T) and Shift Shop + Cize (Dance). There are modifications throughout each program. Exercises from 25 minutes to an hour. I truly enjoy their workouts✨

My strategy would be to eat light for other meals during the day; and for the Event allow myself a 1,000 calorie maximum. Above all, enjoy the food and company✨

If I find myself heading there; I will limit the amount to maintenance and log everything. The next day, its back to the regular.

I usually log 800 to 1000 calories for a restaurant meal plus an extra 400 for dessert if no calories are posted. Happy Birthday✨

If you enjoy it, and consider it a treat; try cutting back to 1 to 3 times a week. In addition, calories are posted for their beverages; try the skinny alternatives or the lower calorie,cappuccino, Americano etc.; low fat milk vs. full fat milk.

I went for Dim Sum on Tuesday with seven people. I know my Dim Sum so I only had my favourites; steamed mostly plus sampled dessert. Also, went very light on lunch and dinner plus guesstimated 1,000 calories.

Wifi packages can be purchased on most ships. You could check the cost/benefit of purchasing a package for the duration of your trip.

Weight Watchers is a great program. I was on it for four years; lost 40 lbs and learnt a lot. Myfitnesspal is a good App and Its working for me. Both are good options; $Cost being another important factor. Both require some time, patience and dedication.

A great exercise app is Sworkit; Strength, Cardio, Yoga & Stretching. It's on iPhone but I think it's also on Android. It's free, but the premium option is also affordable. In addition, it syncs with myfitnesspal.
