  • I would guess that you are getting burned out by going too hard at the gym. Try taking it down a notch. Slow is smooth and smooth is fast.
  • Do you track your measurements? That might be a good way to validate your progress! There is a brand called Myotape (I think that's what it's called) that hooks onto itself so it makes it easier to measure without a second pair of hands. It's available on amazon.
