Yes, think knowing I had to report to the group helps with this the most as the calorie intake has been my biggest struggle.

Hello, this is my first time in the group. Over the past 5 years I've gained 20-25 pounds and in the last year I've been trying to lose weight but it has been an up and down journey. My ultimate goal is to lose 20 lbs by the end of this year.
