  • Checking in for yesterday and today. Yes x 3 for both days. Doing low impact activity this week got my hair done on Sunday and want it to last at least a week so no JM Body shred. Sticking with walking and body weight exercises.

  • Very stressful night last night led to no sleep and me not going into work. Wasnt a good day at all but was able to stay in my calorie goal and track my food didn't really eat much today. Did go for an 45 minute walk at the local park which helped my mood. Hoping tomorrow is a better day

  • Pass day today. Exercise and tracking were good, missed my calories by 115. Date night with husband. Will be an interesting month between work trips, family gatherings, and my anniversary, but determined to get to the winner circle this month.
  • Hello this is my second time in the group. Saw some improvement in my first month in the group with some consistent weight loss and consistency with my exercise. I start a 12 week training group at my local YMCA towards the end of September and I want to be halfway towards my goal weight by then, currently 5lbs away.
