I've taken in too many calories the last couple of days partly because of eating out. Trying to balance living my life with healthy habits. I can say that I have been exercising portion control and substituting small ingredients when I cook. I also have been making sure to have either fruits or vegetables at almost every meal. Continuing to cut calories will continue to be the biggest and hardest thing that I need to work on.6 -

I haven't been real regular on posting. Kind of a safe bet that the days I don't post are pass days. Been camping.I went to a surprisingly fine place in Colorado. Well I go there kind of regularly. Suprising is when I have the whole place mostly to myself. I only see a handful of people between 10am and 4pm. I like having a few people around in case I stub my toe.
I am ahead of the game for my climb goal for the month.
I look at maps and imagine routes that I could take.
I got an idea of a loop that would expand on my usual haunts by maybe 2x or 3x. There are guys, albeit somewhat younger, that do it though. I might try it next week.
I got to figure my pack for the unintended contingency of having to spend a night out in not necessarily comfortable weather.
