I have loved everything about horses ever since I was a small child. Today is my 69th birthday, hopefully the rain will not keep me from riding a horse today.

Today is weigh-in day, very excited to announce that I have lost another 2.2lbs. Total since returning 7 weeks ago is 13lbs. My goal for August is to lose 5lbs, I am at 3.8lbs...woohoo, yay me...lol.
Working late today, I will check in with my positive daily results tonight!11 -

Yes x 3 for me today. Exercise was a shortened weights session this morning because I was running late, but then a tennis match that was more exhausting than usual (the heat maybe?), a walk with my daughter, and then a golf lesson. Phew!
Saw 134 on the scales this morning too (was 151 when I came back to MFP near the end of April). It’s exciting but I think I’m going to up my calories a little for the remainder of August. Retaining as much muscle as possible is important to me.11 -

About to start tennis class in a few minutes. 90 minute class. Its HOT outside, and I'm so proud that I drug myself here, I made so many solid reasons why I could skip it but here I am. maybe the heat will help melt extra calories lol6
