You can do this!:) I'm hoping to lose 49 pounds after losing 12 so far.. i'm hoping to get support from here too for when i can't stop my chocolate cravings haha!

Them types of phrases annoy me too! I find it easier to just focus on the idea of becoming more healthy and feeling more confident in time!! You've got a great view on it!:)
