  • Yaaaay so happy to find this post and realise I am not alone! We are looking at TTC in the next few months and I know I need to bump down the weight (perhaps a sly 10kgs) to get me to my goal weight of 75kgs.....I know that if I don't shift it now it won't happen after a baby
  • Feel free to add me too :) im about to turn 31, and have at least 15kgs to lose! Feel like I turned thirty and it became so much harder to shift the weight but I'm determined, having people on here in the same mind frame would be great for motivation :)
  • Hi, I'm fairly new to this have been using mfp for 5 weeks and just realised you can add friends etc but still not sure how it all works, would love it if either of you are interested in adding me! Think it will be a big help to have like minded people and a bit of extra motivation :)
