Hello. I'm 29 and looking to lose about 7 more!
-
My goal is to exercise 4 days this week
-
More water for me too
-
I had cooked tomatoes with sea bass at a restaurant this week.
-
I love the spice cumin. I add it to avocado (with garlic powder, pepper, and cayenne pepper). Makes a delicious 2 minute guacamole.

Accountable: - Logging in my calories daily - Exercising at least 4x/week - Not keeping candy/snacks in my desk Strive for: - Drinking more water - Cooking more often

Congrats Leanne! Not only do you look amazing, but you can see how much happier/confident you are too.

Finally feeling back to myself after that rough break up 3 weeks ago. Luckily focusing on my fitness and overall well being is paying off and distracting me. It's nice to feel good about myself/body without any pressure from my ex. He used to push me to lose weight and I never really felt good about myself in that…

Asparagus - with a little salt/pepper, feels more "gourmet" than my usual broccoli or mixed steam veggies Seltzer - stopped drinking diet soda when I realized that I just really like the carbonation and not the fake sugars/caffeine Pickles - love salty food and these are a low cal option Popcorn - again salt, crunch, and…

Gayle - you are an inspiration. And way to go Melissa! Such a great group. My thoughts and prayers are with everyone struggling this week. It's hard when the scale doesn't validate our hard work but it's just one piece of the puzzle! I try to remember how far I've come overall and it helps with the week to week…

For an easy dinner ready in 10 min - I sautee peppers, onions, and garlic for 5 min. Then I add 2 egg whites and 1 egg scrambled. Serve with pepper and hot sauce. English muffin on the side if I'm really hungry.

Thanks for the support, team! I used the unexpected free time this weekend to work out and make soup for the week. I'm just going to focus on being my best self as a healthy distraction!
-
Wow. Keep up the great work! Sorry I haven't been keeping up with the discussion board. My boyfriend of a year broke up with me out of the blue this week so I've lost a lot of my focus. Hoping to get back on track this weekend with exercise, if nothing else to distract me and keep me busy. Get ready for more exercise…

Hello team. I am Kathleen, 29 year old pediatrician from CT. I joined MFP 4 years ago and have lost 10 lbs so far. I am about 9 lbs to goal then hoping to maintain. I participated in the winter challenge and lost 3 lbs, mostly glad that I didn't gain over the winter as I usually do. I am hoping this group helps to keep me…

Hello all. My name is Kathleen. I am a 29 year old pediatrician. I have been on MFP almost 4 years now and have lost 10 lbs total since joining. I am about 9 lbs to goal, so I am hoping to accomplish that during the Spring challenge. I lost a couple lbs in the winter challenge, but was mostly happy not to gain during the…

Thanks for restarting. I maintained over holidays, so still about 5 to goal. I'm considering it a small victory that I didn't pack on weight like I usually do over the holidays. Trying to focus on daily exercise bc I find I also eat better when I put in time at the gym.
-
I'm in the same boat. Up to 127 now, want 125 by Christmas and to maintain it through New Year. Then back towards goal of 120! Ugh. It's so hard to stay motivated.
-
Amazing job Vicki! I'm hoping to hit my goal by New Years. SW: 134 CW: 124.6 GW: 120

Can you get up early and exercise every day or do a work out video at night? Might be a good way to offset the extra calories. I visited my brother a few weeks ago and forced myself to get up a bit earlier to run. I ended up with no gain at the end of the visit and still had some great food and drinks. Great advice that I…

One of the gym trainers gave me an interesting perspective on cheat meals or times that we give in to the pizza, desserts, family meals etc. He said that if you think of a week as 21 meals, indulging at 1 of the 21 is not a huge deal in the scheme of a week. The problem is when we allow that one cheat meal to put us on a…

Amazing weight loss, ladies! I finally have maintained <125 lbs for a couple days now. Can't wait to post my Sunday weigh-in :)

Here's my weekly weigh-in post: SW: 134 CW: 124.8 GW: 120 Goal to track all week and get below 124 by next week. Good luck everyone!

Way to go!

You can do it! I've lost focus this week too. No more Halloween candy or junk for me. Tomorrow is a new day! Also, I'm having a hard time getting motivated to work out. I usually love it but I've had a crazy work week and come home late and exhausted. Any tips?
-
Great job everyone! I didn't track yesterday or today and need to get back to it tomorrow. I hiked 4 hrs yesterday which burned 1000cal so I skipped logging food, but that only led to overindulging at a Halloween party and continuing that today. Lesson learned. Back to counting every calorie tomorrow! SW: 134 CW: 126 GW:…

I love this motivation! We can lose those 5-10 despite those holiday challenges.
