26lbs and counting - 48yo - whole30 January ‘20 - modified whole 30 since February ‘20 (still no dairy-grains (except corn) - very limited sugars). Mostly due to changes in diet but added back more exercise in April ‘20 - thankful to have an at-home gym during our shelter in place orders. Be well!
