Hi All. I'm in St. John's, Newfoundland. Would love to "friend" some Canadians! I just started the Ideal Protein Protocol (on day 3). I have about 60 lbs to lose. I'm 49... def want to lose the weight before the "Big Five-Ohhh". Add me :wink:
