If u are eating mostly clean & getting carbs from sweet potatoes, oats etc them u shouldn't restrict your carbs. U will be miserable & u don't need to restrict them to lose weight. There is no point in going low carb. I suggest slightly higher calories & low fat diet & eat as many carbs as u want.

In my opinion clean eating is unprocessed, natural plant based foods with lean fat. I eat pretty heathy majority of the time & throw in a few foods that are low in fat & calories that might might be the healthiest but are still fit my calories for the day. I suggest u do more cardio. U will not lose your muscle as long as u keep weight lifting. Maybe about 15 mins of cardio should do it

What is your goal weight & height? I think your calories & fat are to high. I suggest losing all of the weight that u want to first & then when u are ready to maintain to start weight training to make your body toned. So more cardio first & then u can cut back

No this is not true. I eat 2 slices of wheat bread every morning for breakfast & eat things like whole wheat cereal, pancake mix & pita bread all the time & I am 106lbs, 5'1 & have maintained that weight for 3+ years. As long as u are sticking to your daily calorie goal. & my stomach is as flat as it gets
