  • I think I figured out it is from days that I plug in exercises. Lol... I thought it was changing on days without exercise but it just goes back to default values on those days. Sorry, I’m still learning all this and am new to this. Thanks! 😁
  • No I just plug in any excercises into the food diary each day
  • Himalayan pink salt in some warm water and salted on food is far healthier than table salt. Celtic sea salt is also a good option. Salt raises blood pressure so if you’re on the high side you might want to talk to your doctor before supplementing.
