My long-term goal in this weight loss journey is to have lost 50 pounds and get back to a healthy weight for my height and body type. I've found it easier to have smaller goals along the way. jrmie333 - I just found this macro calculator at https://ketodietapp.com/Blog/page/KetoDiet-Buddy and it seems pretty helpful. It does ask your BMI though, so I had to use a separate online calculator to find that first.

I didn't even think to use ketostix to make sure I was in ketosis and I'm about 3 or 4 weeks in to my keto diet now. Is it probably too late to get an accurate reading for me? I haven't been cheating but I have been allowing up to 20 carbs per day, so I just assumed I was in ketosis.
