Hi all! Age: 26 Height: 5'1 SW: 130 CW: 128 GW: 115 UGW: 110 I've had several years of being really inconsistent with diet and exercise--I've been currently stuck in the upper 120's-130 for a few years now and would like to get back under 120 consistently.
