I like this thread. I am 56, 85 lbs to take off, 2 so far. Very tired of being fat and now my marriage of 25 years is threatened by it. My goals for the rest of August are: to go for a bike ride every day for at least 20 min drink my water stay at or under my recommended calorie intake

How did your surgery go? I have to lose 85 pounds. My husband will leave me if I don't.
