I use it to make cauliflower mash or broccoli mash. I'm low carb, so it's a serious blessing for those two recipes!

Hey Basky! I have the same story. Used to be a athlete abs lost my way. Started my journey last January and lost 75lbs in 2016. Stalled a bit at the end of the year and fell off for a while but I'm back trying to drop the last 55lbs. Welcome and let's do this!

I started with a goal of 267 to get me to 200. It's now 59! I lost 75 in 2016. Time to fire up the engine again!

My ultimate goal is to run 1/2 marathon. I am targeting March 2018. I have been dealing with a stress fracture for well over a year but I should be cleared to start training next month and yes, I am using running as a weight loss tool also.

Great question! I have a few reasons: -I want all my clothes to fit properly for once -I want to run 1/2 marathon in 2018 -I want to play basketball again(and sprain my ankle again...13 times that's happened to me) -I want to live as long as possible, love to see the age of 132-134

It just never appealed to me. I am naturally caffeinated! Trust me, it's quite the conversation starter, especially when I meet with clients and they offer me coffee!
