Great post! I gained a lot of sympathy weight while my wife was pregnant then shortly after had hip surgery and gained another 25lbs. This is my first week without crutches and I'm trying to make a comeback. This post is very encouraging! Thanks

Not being adequately hydrated prior to running can cause this. Also, this happen with sports induced asthma. I would definitely get your doctor to check it out if drinking more water doesn't do the trick. Hope this helps!

I would start resistance training at least 2-3 days per week and eat icecream and peanut butter before bedtime. Also lots of carbs during the day. You can also try a weight gainer shake from a health food store but, make sure you drink a lot of water.

Doing too much cardio and burning off a lot of my muscle mass. Made it impossible to lose any fat!

Couple weeks ago I ate a whole dozen donuts from Dunkin and I thought I was going to die. I fasted the next day(for 24 hours) and felt much better. Sometimes I can't control myself!!!

I can see if you ate without restrictions for a week, that after fasting for 24 hours you could lose up to 10lbs depending on you body mass.
