I have a lot to lose. I would love to be down about 25-30 lbs by Christmas. I have an all inclusive week in Cabo coming up...so I will need to not go too hog wild there to make this goal possible!

I don't think any nutrition professional would approve of such low calories. At that low of intake, you are setting yourself up for a lot of blood sugar lows. Not good. Eat more protein and fat.
