I cut up carrots and eat them all the time. 3oz is roughly 35 calories without any dip.
-
My goal is 310,000 for the month. 11/1- 7527 (not the start I had hoped for but a sick child prevented me from making it to the gym)

For today: 1. Restart C25K 2. Log all food 3. Drink a gallon of water 4. Don't eat the Halloween candy
-
Trying to start again after a knee injury. I did week 1 day 1 today. We will see how this goes.

I second the nod for fitnessblender.com. I too have two small kiddos and I find their videos so helpful when I can't make the gym. I do them in my garage watching the videos on my ipad. Whatever works right so long as your accomplishing your goals.

Monday: 1. Log my food 2. Drink a gallon of water 3. Avoid Halloween candy 4. Remember to smile

For today I will avoid the break room food in the afternoon Drink a gallon of water Walk 10k steps

I too strongly endorse fitness blender. Any time I can't make it to the gym I grab one of their videos.

I am seeing an issue with syncing as well. My meals, water intake, etc. are showing up in Fitbit app but none of the exercise data is showing in MFP. I'm just assuming the Fitbit calorie in vs. out will keep me on track.

Coming back from a knee injury I did week 1 day 1 today. Sadly I have to do it on a treadmill but hey I still did it.
-
You can do the C25K. When I did it the first time last year I struggled with the minute run but now that I've done it I am super proud of my accomplishment.
-
I will not eat candy at work ...argh why does that bowl hold such power
-
Celebrating my 1 year anniversary since I began my journey with MFP. Yes I've lost a good amount on the scale, but more importantly I've improved my self esteem and health.
-
Oh my god that's funny
-
Stick to my logged food.
-
Passed on cupcakes in the break room.

I've been on my journey for almost 35 weeks and I've lost 70 lbs. my goal is to lose 10 more. When I first began the weight came off faster but now I'm ok with maintaining week to week. I've found that feeling healthy is better than the number on the scale anyway.

I am always so stoked when I see pictures of where I am now. It's easy to not feel like things have changed but the photos don't lie.

No I completely agree. I'm really excited with where I am but I want to get better. I'd like to get down to a 30 minute 5k and then I'm sure I'll want to go faster. That's the nature of challenging yourself.

Goal: 310,000 Days logged: 26 Steps logged: 293,628 Steps remaining to goal: 16,372 3/26-15,071 Think next month I'll have to set a higher goal.
-
For the first time I did a sub 34 minute 5k. I know for most that's slow but I'm super pumped.
-
1. Run 10k 2. Eat healthy (the weekend is the hardest) 3. Enjoy the day
-
Bought size large running shorts and a xl running shirt. I never thought that would happen.
