I don’t know if everyone would view it as a NSV but I restarted my journey today. Actually managed to wake up and go to the gym this morning and followed it by a healthy breakfast. We will see how the rest of today goes.

I'm terrible at remembering to post in the thread. I did week 4 day 2 today. 5 minutes seems like so long when your desperately trying to convince yourself to put one foot in front of the other. Or at least that's my experience.
