  • I weigh daily to keep myself accountable and it sets the tone for healthy eating and fitness.

  • I need to lose about 30 from high overweight to high normal according to BMI. I'd love to be "normal" again and be good with clothes shopping. It's about being healthy too. I know I'm not and have borderline high LDL.

  • I'm not eating back calories I exercise mostly because I know that my body fiercely holds on to the extra weight. And no 85cardinals, I don't have a spiritual hunger. It's just hunger hunger. I'm going with misses moon on this one. Just gotta have the will to get to a point of adjustment. Thanks all.
