Thanks. I have the resistance set at its highest level and do intervals of increased pace (is as fast as I can move my legs) then reduce for a few minutes as the resistance is really not great.

I’ve just switched from slimming world to calorie counting too! I’m finding it so much more flexible and I’m not snacking for the sake of it because it’s “free” food or because I’ve got syns left! Hoping to see a good result this week and hoping this is a way of esting I can stick to!! Good luck!0

This app has been acting funny for a few days, it's even messed up my lists of recent and frequent am foods. Sonirritating! I'll have a go at a different app for step counts though, thanks!

Thanks for responding!! I'm glad it's not just me this is happening to. Maybe a bug in the app or something then. Hopefully will right itself after another update!

After weigh in today, I have gained 3lbs over the past two weeks! I'm hoping some of that is water retention!! Fingers crossed I can stay on track this week!
