When I’m hungry at night after dinner I have what I call “nutritious dessert”. Fills me up and tastes like dessert so that I don’t go HAM on candy/cookies etc. It’s been vanilla Greek yogurt, vanilla almond granola, diced strawberries and a drizzle of honey. OMG yum. So yeah that’s my tip. Make your dessert nutritious.

My sis in law repeatedly tells me “you’re too skinny momma you need to stop losing” Or another fave “you’re a mom now you don’t need to be a size 4” (or whatever small size) So you know, the ole non-compliments (I’m 5’5” and a buck forty ish and not trying to lose really just lifting weights) Annoyed can you tell lol

Sometimes I just do coffee. Lately it’s been protein powder, frozen fruit and spinach in the blender. Yummmm On weekends I have my step kiddos I make and eat eggs pancakes bacon whatever we want!! You can eat whatever you want! Isn’t that great news. Hehe

3lbs (ish) till I hit the 130s I don’t remember the last time I saw that number on the scale. Maybe high school. Idk.

Swimsuits/athletic clothing. I have purchased a couple of swimsuits in the last couple of months and will likely buy more before I reach my goal. I enjoy trying them on every now and again and looking better and better. Hoping to be fairly happy with my body by the first day of summer.

Today I did 10 on-my-toes push ups. Started out barely doing one.

Just started BodyShred today after completing 30DS and Ripped in 30. I found it pretty difficult. Still can't do all of the push ups on my toes. But I liked it. Beware there are four rounds instead of three like R30 and 30DS

I like my outfit from Fabletics, and haven't been charged for skipping months. But I don't have experience with high end brands like Lulu so what I think is good quality may not really be I suppose.

I drink somewhere around 70-80 oz in just water per day. I don't really keep track or actively try to reach a water goal per day, that amount just seems to be what my body needs.
