I have used the jawbone up24, up3 and 2 fitbit charges. IMO the jawbone is superior in its reporting that the fitbit. Fitbit is more mainstream so more users for challenges etc. The reason i had 2 fitbits is the both surcome to the same issue of the rubber band coming loose. To be fair Fitbit CS was excelent, but so were…

Be consistent.

The Jawbone software is far better than that of Fitbit IMO. I do like fitbit. I'm on my second one, but my next purchase will be a jawbone. If you shop around you can get good deals on both. I recently picked up an up24 for £39.00 my latest fitbit charge cost me £58

A few years back I followed Kris Gettins DTP program and it is a good structured program. If you follow it to the letter you will get results. In that program he tends to ease you in and build intensity as you progress through the program. I'm guessing he is using the same principle for this program. If anything his videos…

Cheers dude, Looking ripped and in great condition yourself. I'd like your abs for sure. Ive been training on and off for years. Seriously & consistently or about three now. The most volume I can do is GVT on a four day split then I'm pretty much dragging myself around for weeks on end.

Thanks, yeah that's me in August. Defo enjoy it while you can before the niggles and aches set in :D

Looks like a pretty solid routine. Far too much volume for me though, 10 years ago maybe

GVT is no fun without DOMS though right @jdscrubs32 ? First few days are terrible but then you adapt.
-
IIRC GVT for me was a 4 day split (chest tri, back bi, legs, shoulders abs) everything was 10 x 10 with exeption of calf raises & plate pushes.

Hi, I'm from London

I have ran GVT serveral times. It is brutal but it works. Stick with it for 6 weeks and you will get results.

You can concentate on improving yourself without becoming self centered. As already said consistency is key.. That and time.

Have you tried digestive enzymes? They dont increase appetite per se, but they do help in dealing with the food you have consumed faster so you can eat more frequently. Also help with bloat too.

Great job!

Nice. you made it look easy. I recon you have a good few more kilos in you.

^^^ Ideal for your average Joe to track calories, steps and sleep. They are cheap and chips and do motivate you to be more active so money well spent.

I dont do pre workout myself, but the two guys are train with are seasoned veterans on that front. Both swear by the Curse and PNI Prodigy.

If you were a musclcular 220 lbs or above then I could understand your issue but @ 120lbs you shouldnt have any issues finding corectly fitting clothes. I'd also second what Sardelsa has said. I am currently builking from 8.4% bf. A slow and steady approach with a slight excess is the way to go. Fat gain will be minimal and all the crap associated to cut will be too.
