Hi! I weighed 176 when I started with MFP in 2014. I've kept it below that since, but the seesaw has had a good workout. I am 62, 5'4", and need to get my BP down to stay off more meds (I have autoimmune and have plenty already). So, trying to do this before my next Dr. appt. in late March. I hope to reach the mid 140's byβ¦

Thank you for motivation to work on this issue; I have had a terrible time with this for many years! Now into day 4, on a two day streak of not eating past 9 PM and already dropped a lb. Setting a goal of losing 5 lbs this month. B)
