Aug Start Weight: 149 Aug Goal Weight: 147 Ultimate Goal Weight: 142 Aug 1: 149 Aug 8: Aug 15: Aug 22: Aug 31: Back at it. Lost 17 lbs since last Dec. and that is 10% of my body weight. Trying to be more realistic in my goals this month and hope my plateau has boogied on for now. Good luck to all.

Eating Well has a whole pile of tofu recipes, as well as meal plans for many different types of diets. Tempeh is a firmer type of soy product and makes pretty good tacos too.
