Hi! I’m 40 and a mom of two very small children. I have the terrible eating and exercise habits that go along with that. I’m pretty committed to losing 20 pounds this year. I log EVERYTHING daily but keep it private, too. Any of you powerhouse women can feel free to add me!

I finally got off of the one to two pound loss/gain merry go round. I weighed in under my threshold. I actually think physically typing it out here helped! I had my first in January, and I’d love some support. I have about 25 to lose to get back to pre-pregnancy weight, which is the first goal! I’m using formula as breastfeeding didn’t work out for me.

I just got into Science VS. It explains the research behind various controversies and fads. It's really good so far, but I've only listened to two episodes. I've been looking for more podcasts, so thanks for starting this thread! There are a lot of great suggestions.

I need to increase my activity, but it's been really hard for the last few weeks. My dog is having some complications from surgery. He's on bed rest, which means I'm pretty sedentary as well! Thanks for popping back in to check! I'm curious as to how others are doing with their goals.
