  • I feel you! Realized I was doing that too. My toddler never finishes her food so I was always finishing her pretzel bites, ice cream, Mac and cheese, etc. So hard to get out of that habit! But it's been 3 weeks and I've done well with passing over what's left. Good job!
  • I have an almost 10 month old. I'm eating around 2200 calories for the last 3 weeks and all of a sudden my supply is dropping. She is eating more solids but I've also lost 8 lbs so think that may have something to do with it. I'm drinking 2-3 cups of mothers milk tea and that seems to help.

Even with the 35 or whatever bonus points you get for a cheat day, you're still at a large deficit. If you liked that you can do same thing with MFP.   • Zone fudge graham bars, yummy! They are 210 calories. I agree though of course I'd rather have real food but if I'm tempted to get fast food for breakfast it's a nice thing to have in my purse to eat instead.
