I completely agree, maybe it's just bcuz after being cautious of what we eat ALL day, by night time we're like "F@&# it" I'm still trying to do better though.

Thanks! I always drink plenty of water, trying to cut down on how much I drink at night bcuz i have to keep waking up to use the bathroom. Ill try drinking a small amount at night

I understand what u mean, i feel the same way, i don't wanna get obsessed with calorie intake & focusing on my weight ALL the time lol. It's all a learning process tho, u'll be fine
