  • Definitely talk to your girls! The one and only thing I asked my bridesmaids to do was plan my henny (bachelorette) - and they absolutely loved doing it! It was all a lovely surprise for me and no stress. Highly recommended! On another note, I'm struggling a bit to keep my weight down now that I've started exercising a lot…
  • Things I love about weight loss: Increased energy Legs no longer rubbing together when I walk Periods are lighter Suffering less when it's hot Better times for running races Less risk of diabetes and other diseases Goals don't have to be about what you see in the mirror! Your weight loss is about what feels good for you!
  • Great goals ladies! I am doing really well on my fitness goals but need to stay motivated to eat well and drink less alcohol. CW 138 GW (end of March) 135 Ultimate GW 133 March is going to be a good month!
  • Hi All, Married life is blissful but not great for the waist line! I think that for me the wedding was like any other time that I've relaxed (Christmas, vacations etc). I don't put on that much fat over a short period, but it's easy to let that go on for weeks or months. To counteract that I've started married life with…
  • Happy Valentine's Day everybody! Wedding was wonderful but am too afraid to step on the scales now! Giving myself another week to get back on track. It sounds like you've all been doing wonderfully! Like Jill, I'm going to stick around on here if it's okay. I'm a bridesmaid in October so I'm still very much all about the…

  • Jools - your goals sound achievable and 1lb a week weight loss is way more fun than 2lbs! Sarah - I'm so impressed with your low calorie days - I certainly couldn't manage that! Marla Jean - You're almost there with your exercise goals! I'm sure you'll do it! I'm at my sister's this week and using her scales - I think…
  • Great to get these in early! Mine are: 1. Maintain weight 135-140 after the wedding. 2. Join lots of sports clubs in Bermuda (moving there in February) 3. Take a yoga class at least 5 days a week for a month (have been given a free pass as a present)
  • P.S. I have gone for bright red shoes, which is a nice easy low-risk way to add colour.
  • I think that a bit if colour looks lovely. I wanted colour but my fiancé is very traditional and wouldn't like it. If yours would then i think you should go for it! (But please get it done professionally unless you have done this a lot before!!)

  • Your weekend sounds ace! Video was relatively tame as both of our Mum's were there. Best questions: How many times did it take Sam to pass her driving test? (He guessed 3 but I passed first time! - big Trouble!)); What item of clothing of Sam's do you dislike?; What did you disagree on most about the wedding? (We have…
  • Thanks guys. It's honestly really lovely to meet the photographer in advance and to find out which type of photos suit you!
  • This is gorgeous and shows off your hourglass figure so well! You look beautiful! Looking forward to seeing the final version with your veil, shrug, and possibly some colour!
