yep same! going by the rules of eating less, moving more and not drinking calories. those are the best 2 pieces of advice i can give someone not counting calories. ive lost 35 pounds in 6 months not counting calories.

I have lost almost 35 pounds in the past 6 months. I am 5'10 F down to 155 pounds. I still feel chubby and don't feel like I look too much different from starting point :(

T-25 is pretty good, 25 minutes long and you could do it at home at your best convenience.
