good luck! you can totally do this. I was once also nearing that weight (299 pounds) and am basically close to/at goal. It's totally doable. Good luck!!

good luck howard! i just re-started on MFP (I used this a couple years ago). calorie-counting has worked for me and I credit it completely with my weight loss
