I'm happy, when at the end of my day, I've reached my protein goal!! If I haven't, i grudgingly go to the cabinet for a scoop! I don't like it, and I don't want to ruin any of my food with it. So I just mix it with a little water and down it. Purely just a supplement for me, if I have t reached my goal.
